Novartis promotes training in genitourinary cancer with SOGUG

The Advanced Program in Genitourinary Clinical Research (PAIC-GU) aims to improve the training of healthcare professionals specialized in genitourinary cancers.

Novartis sponsors the Advanced Program in Genitourinary Clinical Research (PAIC-GU) in collaboration with the Spanish Genitourinary Oncology Group (SOGUG). PAIC-GU aims to improve the training of healthcare professionals specialized in genitourinary cancers in their daily performance, both in knowledge, skills and attitude.
This continuous training program consists of 6 modules, of which the first, ‘Scientific Publications’, will be developed by Dr. Beatriz Gil-Alberdi (from HealthCo) in collaboration with Dr. Pablo Maroto of the Hospital Santa Creu i Sant Pau. Other training modules will consist of:

  • Translational Research
  • Advanced Research Methods
  • Research Projects
  • Coordination and Team Development
  • Scientific Communication
