    Natalia Rodríguez-Pina

    Director of Clinical Research

    Natalia holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Complutense University of Madrid and a diploma from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Statistics in Health Sciences and another in Protocol Writing, both from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
    Natalia began her professional career in the medical department of a multinational pharmaceutical company and continued in the CRO business, where she has been developing her career for the last 20 years. Through her different positions, such as Country Manager, Clinical Operations Manager and Senior Director-Project Management, she has gained solid experience in the management of complex clinical research projects in multiple therapeutic areas, both with medical devices as well as with medicinal products.
    Currently, Natalia collaborates with CESIF as an Associate Professor in different courses and Master programs related to the clinical development of new medicines.

  • Beatriz Gil-Alberdi

    Beatriz Gil-Alberdi

    Director of Communication

    Beatriz holds a degree in Pharmacy from the Complutense University of Madrid and a PhD in Pharmacy from the University of Alcalá de Henares. In addition, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto de Empresa. Thanks to a COMMETT grant from the European Union, she worked for a year at Eli Lilly’s research centre in Surrey, United Kingdom.
    Beatriz began her professional career in the medical department of Abbott Laboratories, where she worked on local and international clinical research projects. After 8 years, she continued her professional development in the Oncology Unit of Aventis Pharma as Head of Global Marketing and Communication. Five years later, she founded HealthCo, a service company specializing in Medical-Scientific Communication in the area of healthcare, in which she broadened her expertise over the next 14 years. During this time, Beatriz has had the opportunity to work in numerous therapeutic areas, both for pharmaceutical and biotech multinationals, scientific societies, cooperative groups and foundations.
    Currently, Beatriz collaborates with CESIF as an Associate Professor in different courses and Master programs related to the clinical development of new drugs.
